The challenge was to create a web brand that mirrored the brand personality but with the differentiation required to face fierce and growing competition on the Internet.

Additionally, the new brand had to cohabit with a plethora of recruitment brands, striking a balance between the impartiality of a search and product-comparison engine and a medium destined to leverage the participants' own brands in the net environment.
